I’ve Moved!

Unfortunately, Esra and Dr. Moghissi were unable to stay in our Fairfax location and moved in January 2026.  Esra and Dr. Moghissi parted ways, and Esra moved to a new practice.

We are now both working in the Reston Hospital Center Complex at 1860 Town Center Drive.

Dr. Moghissi is in Suite 310 renting space from Dominion Family Health Care and has the same phone number: 703-281-5560.  She is working slightly different hours at the new location, so many of you may need to be rescheduled. If you have an appointment scheduled expect to hear from us as we may need to change your appointment date and time.  We will make every effort to get you in as close as possible to your original appointment date and time. There is a Quest phlebotomist available for blood draws in Dr. Moghissi’s new office.

Esra joined Dr Palagiri at VPMC (www.VirginiaPrimaryCare.com) in Suite 250 at 571-206-8696.  You will need to register as a new patient at the new practice.  Please note all existing appointments automatically transferred to the new practice.   VPMC will contact you to confirm existing appointments.

We are both continuing with Privia Medical Group and you will NOT need to transfer your medical records. We are trying to make this transition as easy as possible on everyone.  Alma and Ashley are staying with Dr. Moghissi and Keyri is working with Esra, and all three will try to help you if things get confused.  Having said that, if you are Dr. Moghissi’s patient, please call Dr. Moghissi’s office and if you are Esra‘s please call hers.  Dr. Moghissi is no longer be able to help with Esra‘s patients. Please note we are no longer collaborating with Prima medicine.

A personal note from Dr. Moghissi; Esra was with me for many years now, and we were both sad to have to separate our practices.  I‘m grateful for the time we had together and wish her the best of luck for the future.
